- ~6 Years Coaching
Priyanka Pawar is a state-level powerlifting champion, has participated at national levels, is a K11-certified fitness professional, and is the founder of Pawar Fitness. Her coaching is built on one clear belief: strength training should feel empowering, practical, and safe — not intimidating.
For around six years, Priyanka has coached people across a wide span of life stages, including clients from 7 to 90 years of age. They come with different goals, schedules, fitness levels, and training histories. Some arrive with confidence. Some arrive with hesitation. Some want strength, some want stamina, some want better posture, and some simply want to restart after a long break. This variety has shaped her into a coach who does not rely on one-size-fits-all programming.
From operations to coaching
Before fitness became her full-time profession, Priyanka worked as a manager at Domino’s. That experience taught her something many fitness plans ignore: real life is demanding. Long shifts happen. Food timings get disturbed. Stress affects sleep. Work does not always stop because you have a workout scheduled.
This background keeps her coaching grounded and realistic. She understands the difference between an ideal plan and a plan a client can actually follow. For a person with a full life outside the gym, that difference matters.
Why powerlifting matters in her coaching
Powerlifting is not only about lifting heavy weights. It is about technique, patience, progression, self-belief, and discipline. As a state-level champion who has also participated at national levels, Priyanka has experienced what structured training can do for the body and mind. She brings those lessons into everyday coaching, but adapts them for each client’s current ability, comfort, and goal.
You do not need to become a competitive powerlifter to train with her. You only need a willingness to learn. The same principles that help an athlete lift safely — good form, gradual loading, recovery, consistency, and confidence under the bar — can help a beginner build strength in a safe and enjoyable way.
Her coaching style
Priyanka’s sessions are friendly, focused, and form-first. She explains the “why” behind an exercise so clients do not feel like they are blindly following instructions. She watches posture, breathing, tempo, range of motion, balance, and confidence. She gives corrections without making clients feel embarrassed.
A good coach does more than count repetitions. Priyanka looks for the version of an exercise that fits the person in front of her. If a movement needs to be simplified, it is simplified. If a client is ready for progression, the progression is introduced gradually. The aim is not to rush intensity. The aim is to build skill, strength, and consistency.
Who she trains
Pawar Fitness is for people who want structured strength training and healthier daily habits. Priyanka’s experience includes coaching clients from 7 to 90 years of age, which has taught her to adapt carefully rather than assume one method fits everyone. She adjusts her methods based on training history, movement quality, health considerations, schedule, confidence, and recovery. A beginner learning movement basics needs a different approach from a recreational lifter, and a client returning after a break needs a different pace from someone already training regularly.
That ability to adjust is the mark of a professional coach. Pawar Fitness is not about forcing everyone into the same template. It is about building the right template for each person.
What she wants for her clients
Priyanka wants her clients to become stronger, more confident, and more independent. She wants people to stop fearing strength training and start understanding it. She wants clients to see that even three focused sessions a week can change how the body moves, feels, and performs when the work is done consistently.
The ultimate goal is sustainable strength: the kind that helps you carry groceries, climb stairs, sit with better posture, lift with better control, recover better between sessions, and feel proud of the effort you are putting into your health.
